Auntie Anne's next to the food court: The staff was friendly and was fairly quick and helped me get what I wanted and recommended for the pretzel bites for 50 cents more, we got a ton more. It came out the heating element very warm. The Cinnamon one was quite dry for my liking but the pizza one's was much better, I guess with the added grease from the pepperoni.

They show open at 11 but it's 12 before anything is cooked, They should just show open at 12 cause that would be the truth.

Pretzels were great as always. I had wanted one of the frozen strawberry cream lemonades that they were advertising on every poster. The machine was empty, so they couldn't make one. Girl at the counter said that it would be at least twenty minutes. Only three stars, because they weren't that busy, and there were at least five "workers" just standing around looking at their phones. There was no reason that the machine couldn't have been prepared. Come on people, it's a job!

I work at the mall, so eating here is one of my favorite stops. The employees at the Food Court location are all so friendly and wonderful. They're doing amazing for working in such a small space.

So gross!! The manager was playing on his phone with his gloves on, and touching the gross register with his gloves on, and NEVER CHANGING HIS GLOVES when he made the pretzels. It was disgusting!!

The pretzels are heavenly when they are fresh. They aren't always fresh though. I find the best way to get the freshest pretzel(s) possible is to ask the associate which item has come out of the oven most recently and go with whatever that is. They are constantly making more items due to their heavy traffic, but it's a rotating process.

Pretzels were warm, soft, and tasty. The coupons they gave us expired in November which was odd, but I used one a day later and they honored them.
