Bottlecap Alley Icehouse Grill

This place has a lot of potential... used to be way better! Service is not great. The staff pays enough attention to bring you your food, but may be delivered to the wrong table first. They really dont care about you unless you’re a regular customer. Takes a while to get the food, which is fine. It’s the lack luster service that I don’t like. They kinda treat it like, if you want it, get it yourself. Not a great dining experience - even for a sports bar. The food was okay. Not great, and not with the wait. I used to go here once a week, every week. Thought I’d give them another shot. Now I remember why I stopped going here. Won’t be back.

My biggest complaint honestly my family took a chance to go out tonight and after 20 minutes it was obvious they were more than 60% occupied. By the time we finished dinner and paid our bill they were 100% occupied and had probably 10 people waiting inside the door (this is a smaller restaurant) this made me very uncomfortable waking out the door.
