Starbucks

The young man working the register this Sunday afternoon was indifferent and rude to us. We stood waiting to be rung out while he and his coworker talked amongst each other. Then he turned to us, but didn't say hello or ask us anything, he was silent while I paused then began my order. I purchased a coffee and asked for a cup of water. He forgot the water, so I waited to ask for it again at the pickup counter. He gave us an annoyed look, if looks could kill y'know, then got us our water without saying a single word to us. I work at a restaurant style store that serves coffee as well, and the lack of customer service we received here would get me fired, or at least written up, if I did the same at my job. It's not even about the forgotten drink, they were busy, that happens, but the young man obviously didn't like his job or want to be here, but it made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Ordered a trenta dragon drink and got to the window and was given a small pink drink. When I apologized to the girl and told her it should've been a trenta dragon drink she was very rude and scoffed and rolled her eyes as as well as slammed the window shut. While she did fix my drink she was obviously mad about it and once given my drink back she just shut the window and didn't say anything to me. I get that people are overworked especially right now but come on people!

This Starbucks is great when it’s open… lately they’ve just put signs on the door saying the cafe is closed. The drive thru us open, and their hours online state that they’re open, but they keep their doors locked. Very frustrating to drive here multiple times to come in and sit down, only for it to be closed inside

I never get Starbucks, but I had a gift card. I ordered a decaf pumpkin coffee, because I have a heart condition that makes me sensitive to caffeine. I drink it and think nothing of it. Later in the day I feel my heart throbbing and tightening up, and realized that my coffee was NOT decaf. I told the cashier twice that I wanted decaf, and she repeated it back to me, but in hindsight I shouldn’t have risked it. I hadn’t had Starbucks in over a year, but I won’t be going back, probably ever again. Not only does caffeine cause me pain, but it keeps me up for over 24 hours, ruining my sleep for a week or more. Hopefully I can counteract it with melatonin tonight, but that’s unlikely. I get that to a random person looking at reviews this may sound like a small issue, but to me it’s a big deal. Decaf means decaf. I guess coffee houses are out of the question for me, because the effect caffeine has on me really is painful and takes a long time to wear off. On a black coffee it’s easy to tell the difference, but in a mix like pumpkin spice the coffee taste takes a back seat to the flavoring, especially when you rarely drink even decaf. You are trusting the people behind the counter to provide what you ask, but it’s a dumb move for me to do that when a mistake costs me a lot. I am incredibly upset at this error.
