Baskin-robbins

I love this place. Baskin Robins is the only place that sells Bubble Gum ice cream with actually gum in it so I come here quite often just to get this one flavor. There shakes are pretty good too. Service is always great here as well. They’ll let you try as many flavors as it takes till you find something you like.

I went in with my kids. There was 16 people in there without a mask. 2 families in front of me and a family behind me. The worker said nothing to the 2 families behind me about masks but when I approached she told me to stop back cause I didn't have a mask. I didn't say anything. Waited for the family behind me to order and asked them if she said anything to them and they said no. So the one and only mom with her kids got complained to bit all the individual dads with their kids got nothing said to them. Poor customer service.

My family visited in the later evening. Lobby was closed so we went to drive-thru. Everything was delicious and the service we received was top notch. I can't begin to tell you how nice it was to be treated with such kindness. These days you don't find it much unfortunately. FRIENDLIEST GALS AROUND! TYSM!

made two orders. one scoop ice cream cone. and ordered a 1 scoop sundae with nuts and cherrys. it was 10 at night with 3 young girls working. the cone was fine but the sunday looked terrible! i then asked for another scoop for a charge of $2.29 more. even after 2 scoops the sundae did not reach the top. all told over 6 bucks for two ice creams. we later called the corp offices in customer service, the owner would be asked to call us but did not! Won't go again! DQ across the street. yea you owner, you should train better.
