Well I got into the drive through line and after it taking a solid 40 minutes to go 4 cars to get to the speaker I'm told their computer is down and they can't take orders. The car 2 ahead of me got food as i saw them get the bag at the window. Staff never even bothered to come out and let us know what was going on so they managed to wastes several people's time by letting us stay waiting in the line... it was out to the street when they started telling people they couldn't take orders and still only once you got to the speaker.

Good food as usual, the restaurant was extremely busy that day, they were very quick in the drive-through. Employees were friendly and very efficient. Always make a simple encounter that much better!! 5☆

I can not give 5 stars to a store who’s manager sits in her white Honda suv with her boyfriend while there’s a HIGE LINE OF CARS wrapped around the building. Her staff had to come out to get her and when she was asked to go inside, this manager lady STORMED inside.
Food was excellent - management needs a serious overhaul.

We went there maybe a week ago....a guy had to come out to get the lady manager and 3 other employees!! There were 3 cars in front of us and 5 cars behind us!! After the Lady manager took her hit of a joint and made out with her boyfriend, she went inside. When I got to the window, I asked her if I could talk to the manager. She said, "I am"...NOT GOOD!! YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER!!!

The gentleman working register was real friendly greeted you with a smile and kindness. We ordered and it was ready lightning fast. If you haven't had potato cakes I highly recommend them. They are so yummy lol.
The restaurant was real clean including the kitchen.

Ordered a 12$ roast beef and cheddar but there wasn’t and cheese to be found. Got the short end of the stick with the curly fries as well they were all broken up and might as well not of gotten them.

We go to Arby's because we can get FRESH sandwiches and not burgers or fried food. I love the cranberry and turkey sandwich which is only seasonal. My husband loves their Ruben. Staff is very nice and considering there were 5 cars in front of me in drive through the wait was not that long.

Have eaten Arbys for years in Tennessee but moved to Brookings Oregon 2+ years ago. Closest Arbys is in Grants Pass (2 hours away). Ordered a briscuit sandwich with extra Smokey Q sauce in a separate cup. What I got was a briscuit sandwich with NO sauce and some packets of CRAZY SAUCE
2nd (and last) trip ordered briscuit and bacon dip. I threw it away.
