A relative's 80th birthday party was held recently at Cabos and everyone had a wonderful time. They let us in to the semi-private banquet room to decorate with time to spare before the guests arrived. We had a little "cocktail hour" before dinner with chips and salsa; the chips tasted like they were home-made. The entrees were really good, too, especially the chili verde burritos. Inconveniences were minor, such as the salad only coming with a choice of ranch dressing, which I don't like. When it came time to serve the cake, I had to hunt our server down for a few minutes; they appeared to be short-staffed as I saw our server waiting on tables in the main dining area as well as trying to accommodate our very noisy party of ~40 people. Otherwise, the night went great and my husband's uncle was especially pleased, which is the important thing. Don't know if our travels will bring us out this way in the foreseeable future, but if they do, we would happily dine at Cabos again.

Pretty good food. Service was excellent. Handled our party very well despite them being busy for a Thursday night. Decorations made it super fun to for all when playing I-Spy while waiting for our food.

Consistently good food. I have not been here in a few years and the food is stellar. Service was fast and friendly. What more can you ask for!
