Tried to order by phone. Put on hold and nobody picked up. Ordered on-line and was charged $1.50 for convenience fee. I thought it was for there convenience. Got there to pick up and they hadn't started it yet. Said it would be 15 min before they could start it. Asked to cancel it and get a credit on the card. They couldn't do that either. I was told to call the on line company. Why would you take orders if you can't fill them. Time to order somewhere else.

The delivery driver had his bumper fall off prior to my pizza arriving. The gentleman at the store was very apologetic and informed me of what was going on. Very kind staff. My pizza was only a little late but not their fault and the pizza was really good. I will order from them again!

Great experience overall. I could tell the delivery driver was willing to protect my pizza with his life, even at gunpoint. I could also tell he was incredibly intelligent and was able to perform intense math calculations in his head when change was needed. 10/10

Great pizza and friendly workers. I got a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was one of the best ones I've had. Highly recommend.

The delivery driver dropped our pizza on a neighbors porch. Took an hour and a social media message to find our pizza.
Called the store and the manager refunded our dinner.
Things happen. Lessons are learned and we still had dinner. Thank you.
