Carrabba's Italian Grill

A wonderful friend gave me amazing options for my birthday and one was Carraba's. I had not been to one in many years and I forgot there was one in Grandville, Mi. I remember Carraba's having amazing food and I was for sure it wasn't going to be as great as I remembered, but it FAR EXCEEDED what I remembered. The food was boasting with flavor and tasted AMAZING! The best part tho was the OUTSTANDING customer service that Benny (and the Jetts) gave us. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Benny made an AMAZING dinner an AMAZING EXPERIENCE and one we will not forget. Benny is topnotch and I thank Benny for providing this girl and her friend a dinner to remember. Yes, I asked to take a pic w the best server ever 🤣 *ding

Had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s today. My sever, Jessica, was amazing and really paid attention to details like providing extra napkins and making sure I had enough to drink. Little things like that are really important to me for some reason and I appreciate it when I have a server who gets it. The food was great too.

I had an amazing dining experience at Carrabba's, and our server Rosie truly made it special. Her friendly and attentive service elevated our evening. Rosie's recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and Rosie's warmth and professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. I highly recommend Carrabba's, especially if you're lucky enough to have Rosie as your server.

Carrabba’s has always been my go to place whenever I want a good meal and a peaceful environment. When the 28th street one was open, I would always request Maxeene and she’s always been attentive and give over the top 5 star service. I was bummed when it closed down and I lost contact with her. Then I went to the Grandville Carrabba’s and was very thrilled she was there and I’ve been going there since she’s working. It’s a great place for parties or even a solo meal with Maxeene as your waitress. I’ve never had an issue at all because of Maxeene’s attentiveness and professionalism. My favorite dish is the Cozze in Bianco but honestly everything is great on the menu! I highly recommend Grandville Carrabba’s and Maxeene!

Ordered several dishes for the family! All were good. Exception the Tuscan chicken. Brought it to the attention of our waitress Madison….Amazing response from an amazing waitress who resolved the problem with a complimentary replacement dish and dessert! 100 💯 recommend not because the willingness to provide something free but more for the willingness to resolve the problem and make a raving fan in the process. Cheer’s Madison you’re the best! 😎

Robert was an amazing server. He was knowledgeable about the menu and was honest in his recommendations. The bread, soup, and entree were beyond delicious. The bread pudding needs a little work ;) overall I had a great experience for a dinner out by myself. Thankful for a wonderful server who could also make me laugh

First time ever eating at a Carrabba's, and I thought it was great. Two of us went at an off-time (about 2pm) so there were many others there. Service was perfect, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was quite nice. I enjoyed the classic 50's era music they played. Our server was wonderful, and I enjoyed her service very much. We'll definitely have this place on of radar to come back to sometime!

Several years ago we spent a beautiful evening out on the patio celebrating an annual event. This year we celebrated the same event at the same table. Our food and service were top notch. Even though we were just sharing an appetizer, Madisyn treated us with respect and enthusiasm. The patio is a truly beautiful spot. Hot weather will keep most people indoors, but it means you'll have the patio mostly to yourself. It's away from a parking lot and situated by a pond with the sound of water. The gardener in me noticed some of the plants are looking a little tired, but the spot overall is delightful.

Corey our server was very accommodating to us as we were in a rush to make a special "Dance with my Mister " date. We had wonderful food! Grilled salmon on a ceaser salad as well as lasagna and a spicy Italian soup. The specialty lemonade varieties are delicious. The staff at the host stand that greeted us and seated us were also very kind and friendly. We had a delightful experience and are grateful to the people who helped make our special occasion that much more special! Thank you and thanks to the various food preparers & the rest of the staff.
