Subway

First of all, the ladies working here are above and beyond nice. They are true sandwich artists and take their work seriously. One of them told me she is a perfectionist and she and her coworker don’t have to compete because her coworker does the vegetables. Without a doubt these sandwiches today looked perfect and tasted great. If you’re driving south on I35, skip the subway in Alvarado and go to Grandview-10 miles down the road. If managers are reading this- you’ve got two wonderful employees.

I just had the worst customer service experience quit possibly ever, in my life! A co-worker and I went in for lunch, the lady working was SO RUDE. Not to mention, touching and smelling food putting veggies on our items that had been sitting outside of the container for god knows how long. My co-worker walked out because they could not even make her a salad. We will NOT be returning. Do better.

I placed a curbside order pick up and it was supposed to be ready at 2:55 pm...well it wasn't and at least 5 other people went in and weren't taken care of tip after they were helped. When I called into the store to see what the hold up was, the lady, Debbie I believe was rude and abrupt and hung up one... she should be fired because it's not the first time...if she doesn't want to doher job, get someone else to do it. So, update on this review... once we got home and started eating we discovered there was no meat on the sandwiches. Who does that? I called back up there, I was told they were to busy then and I told them too bad, I had paid 25 dollars and wanted my order corrected. Debbie brought my corrected order out and STILL refused to give me the owners name. Then told me she had spoken to her boss and was told she didn't have to wait on me again. I have called corporate and reported her and the store.
