Papa Johns Pizza

I've been going to this location occasionally for years. It's normally been pretty good. TODAY...absolutely NOT! If I'm going to tip 20%, at least make sure my pizzas aren't disfigured as shown in these pics, there were a few other slices like this but didn't get pics. It isn't too bad but come on, and I tipped beforehand so I know they saw it. Apparently tips don't mean anything to them. Not to mention, nickel and diming me for a few extra sauces. Other pizza restaurants don't pull that on me. The 3 1/2 star overall rating of this location should tell you all you need to know. As well as other reviews. I drive past 3 other pizza restaurants just to go here, but not anymore. They aren't the worst and they weren't really rude except except female manager to her own male employees. But you can be sure to have experiences like this with enough visits. Disappointing. Not going back.

Typically this store does a great job and I wouldn’t have any complaints, but today was terrible. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and waited a little over an hour for my order to be delivered. Just to turn around and have the wrong pizza delivered to me. They delivered a Hawaiian pizza instead. Called the store to let them know the wrong pizza was delivered to me and they said they would remake my order and have it delivered to me. Two hours later and the pepperoni pizza was finally delivered to me but was completely cold and barely had any extra cheese on it. I literally live 5 minutes away from the store and waited almost 3 hours for 1 medium pizza. Im highly disappointed!

I am at a point where I am sick and tired of this place. On a regular basis when I order, whether it's delivery or pick up, the pizza is not done and the order has to be remade, and it still comes out messed up. Then when you bring the pizza back in to show them its wrong the employees look at you crazy as if you did something wrong. If there was something below 1 star I would choose it. Horrible.

When the stuffed crust first came out things were a little bumpy because it was a learning curve. Now this is the only pizza place I order from. They always get it right and within a timely fashion. When I have family game nights they are my go to dinner option!!! The staff is Friendly and always tries to be quick!

The worst.. And after the problem was taken care of it happened again... The service is horrible as well.... the young lady working was very rude so I walked across the park lot to Pizza Hut....she (Papa employee) ask ...kmsl... What I wanted ..not hey ...how are you?nothing...Pizza, wings etc. Was why we were there..I was a bother and pizza hut had no problem taking or waiting for me to order nor taking my money After year still the same
