Mcdonald's

Stood at the register for over 5 minutes while the lady running it stood off to the side on her cell phone talking to someone, got an attitude with me after I said no I haven't ordered yet. Kept kurtly asking if I was done after every item I orders which was only two number orders and a happy meal. Continued to be on her phone while taking my order with the person on speaker and started texting in the middle of me trying to place my order. My husband went up after we got our food and asked for sauce because they didn't include it when I asked she got irritated and asked why it wasn't ordered at the register already? Then turned and snapped at a customer who didn't hear her order number get called. We went for the play place as it's the only one close in the area, however the ac wasn't on in the room and the kids faces were very red after just a few minutes of playing. There were also ants in the play place

Like usual i recieved horrible food with even worse service. I checked my order before I left and had everything in the bag which is very unusual. However, my bigmac had no cheese with a top bun so hard it was like dust after chewing...that ended up in the trash. The fries were old and cold...half ended up in the trash. The double cheese burger only had one patty. The McChicken was ordered with only no mayo and it got no mayo and no lettuce. The coke i ordered was almost clear after all the ice melted in it by the time they gave it to me. This was after waiting 20 minutes in line with 6 cars in the drive thru. Coke also ended up in the trash. Did I mention after I said thank you to the girl taking my order she rep'lied ..."Yup". I guess the increase in pay they are all getting really doesnt matter because everyone I dealt with acted like they hated their $15 an hour jobs. Why would an owner allow this to continue?

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 hamburgers plain and 3 cheese burgers without pickels. The person on the speaker was very rude but i finally got the order after waiting 15 minutes. I ate my 2 hamburgers on my way home in blue springs and my son ate one of his 3 cheese burgers. After we arrived at home he went to warm his cheese burgers up and noticed something hanging out of his sandwhich. He opened both of them and suprise suprise there was cockroaches in his sandwhiches. I called them right away and the managers response was " bring them back and we will replace them". She also became very rude with me when i told her i was going to report them to the health department. How in the world do they stay open?

This is the worst Mc Donald's I every been to. Grandview need to shut them down and put a better place in their place. I order a kid's meal and some light skin girl hands me the box wide open. Didn't try to close it and the box look old. They need to fire all them look ghetto rude kid's and get someone who really needs a job. I will never come back smh...

Today I had another 5 🌟 visit. I'm seldom in a rush, and get to enjoy my meal while the kids play. There is a new sign encouraging customers to fill out the mcdvoice review on the receipt. If you do they'll reward you with a free dessert! 4 months ago: The manager Chris greeted us and took our order with a smile. He was very polite. My kid's happy meals came out quick. I did a separate app order for myself to take advantage of the deals. My order came up quick and Chris offered to bring it to our table in the playground. The restaurant is clean. Another manager tidied up the playground area. I like the fact that they have a restroom in the playground area so I can keep a eye on one while the other is inside. Our meal was delicious and a bargain. My boys had fun on the playground and with the game systems. We'll be back often after school!

I was waiting in line at 1am, for at least 30 mins and I received fries that almost broke my teeth! I've never had fries that hard, ever. So disappointed... I was looking forward to those fries! Update: My boyfriend went to get me food & yet again my order was trash. I received a small fry in a large fry box and didn't receive any pickles or onions on my burger. Like, I understand mistakes can happen, but not every time we come to this location. Do better. You work hard and we work hard for money to be spent on at least decent quality food.
