The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because they only had one waitress that showed up at work and she was busting her butt trying to do all on her own. But let me say this even though she was on her own she did do the best that someone can do being by herself running the whole restaurant. With all of that her bus boy /dish washer walked out on her and everyone that she called to come help her wouldn't come in but I will say that she did an amazing job running everything by herself

When we arrived, the place was just about empty. We were seated quickly, and the server was excellent. However, the table was dirty as well as the floors. It was just after their lunch rush, and there was only one server for the entire restaurant. He cleaned the tables and the floors while we were there.

The food is great, and they take orders at late-night. That, combined with GrubHub makes them my go-to for those middle-of-the-night breakfast cravings.

The food was good. The apple crisp was excellent . The prices reasonable. The location is a little hidden. Watch for the sign or you will miss it amongst the trees. The service was fabulous. Patti you made the visit definitely worth it. (Patti left, Diana right). Great job ladies!

If I could give more than five stars for service, I would. Our waitress had the coolest rainbow hair and was very friendly. She was the only waitress in the restaurant and had 6 tables and was managing take out orders and register.
Their kids' confetti pancakes use dye-free sprinkles, which is hard to find! She took the time to go look at the ingredients for us.
Although the restaurant atmosphere overall wasn't the greatest because of the humidity right before the tornado came through GR, I still gave the experience 4 stars because our server made it better with her positive attitude.

I had the 55+ Alaskan salmon and it was outstanding. The sides were very good, too. I was surprised how tasty everything was. Much better than I expected.

Stopped at this Denny's in Plainfield for a late night dinner. Our server Megan made our evening/early morning. Thoughtful, friendly, always aware of our table's needs; Megan demonstrated exemplary customer service. Our food was wonderful.

Good food, quick service. Only detractor to my experience were the small ants that were hanging out around our table. Didn't say anything to the staff because it was midnight and I didn't care enough to make a big deal.
