Honestly this place is always a hit for me. I love the food and while inside service can be a bit slow, drive through is usually pretty speedy.

If you like smash burgers, skinny fries, & amazing shakes, then this is the restaurant for you. Also, if you order from the drive-through, it's at least a 20-minute wait, even for just shakes. If you are unfortunate not to be at least 5th in line, then expect up to an hour wait time (never could figure out why it takes so long).

It's been a while since I have visited this location. I come here with my son all the time He loves the garlic burgers. This is our date night spot. It's almost sad to say how it looks from the outside. It looks terrible the awnins are gone and looked desolate At first I thought it was closed, but it wasn't. Sad to say the days of servers are gone. This use to be a bustling location with families and servers running around and it always felt alive..not anymore.. it so sad and empty. Once you walk in you have to order from a kiosk. No one greeted ys..kinda awkward..It wasnt very inviting and looked sad and empty. We ate indoors, it was empty and quiet. Customer service was non existent. We weren't greeted by anyone and it was a stark contrast to the past SNS. We ordered the garlic burger and fries and a shake and a bacon cheeseburger. The food was delicious and shake great. The quality still there and freshly prepared.

They have the best pickles and relish that I've ever had in a fast food joint.

The food is good, good prices (better than many restaurants lately), good portions. Staff was prompt and friendly, though not much interaction due to the use of ordering kiosks. The tables were clean, but floor is dirty and actually has many broken tiles, so the place definitely needs some significant maintenance and repairs.
