Nobody seems to use their online ordering system, and I use it all the time. No waiting in line. I pick up here all the time as it is the easiest, fastest, and cheapest lunch around. Do not hesitate to go here as the staff are very personable, and the entire place is always clean. Best Subway in Grand Rapids.

This is probably the best Subway there is for miles. Always clean work stations, as well as the restaurant being clean. Workers are friendly and efficient. At the end of the day it's just making sandwiches but this is one of these few locations that at least tries to make it look good too.

I was running from a 6 footed monkey and some nice young man gave me a free footlong that was overcooked so i could slap it into next tuesday!
