Reasonable speed, friendly staff, and the order was spot on.
Except... Please dont build me up with a picture of your fries, then knock me down by telling me you're all out. Thats a big, big bummer, and totally not cool.

Great place for late night "hongries" - store on Michigan near Fuller in Grand Rapids MI. Friendly staff. Clean inside &xOrder 100% spot on. Quick service. Clean inside & out.

Very quick drive through, food was average or above average. The drive through gal had airpods in and didn't hear me when I asked for a straw but overall good experience

Taco bell is one of the few places you can eat for under $10; best budget place; order a 5 layer burrito & a medium drink for $6 and keep your budget in check!

Grand Rapids Taco Bell after Dethklok concert. Long drive thru wait time ( it was almost midnight) but excellent service and food. Watched part of a movie while waiting .

I went to the drive through and it was busy but they served us all quickly and with a friendly attitude. The food was also great, it is in a busy part of town so traffic is heavy after work in this area but people were very nice to stop and let me into traffic with no problem.

Food was perfect and the service was quick!
So my wife is vegan, I'm vegetarian and we need to customize/ substitute our order a lot.
7/17/23, 9:30 pm we had this bigger order at night, and they got everything right. Not only right but fast. 👏
This location is one of the few that doesn't mess up our orders. So I appreciate the work their staff puts in.

Decent food, but the staff seemed perpetually distracted. Staff were also sitting on the curb near the drive thru and smoking / messing around. It definitely gave off the vibe that the manager on duty or all managers there in general don't have the best team leadership skills.

Not terrible, not great, definitely been to better TBell locations. The people were friendly this last time but have been rude at others. Got my food home in less than 10 min after getting it and it was already not warm and the crunchy taco shells were soggy. I'd rather go to the one on Plainfield.
