Food 7/10 Heated sandwich and half cold. Service could be friendlier basically felt very rushed and sandwich specialist was overwhelmed so you could feel the tension and the unorganized line created a zoo type feel. This location is nicely put together but management needs work .
#1 favorite is Raspberry White Mac Cookies !!

The all-American club sandwich on Italian herb and cheese was delicious! And the staff was graciously patient while I worked out the unexpected issue I had with my credit card! Great staff, and excellent service!

2-19-22 12:30 pm we were driving through on our way to Bemidji and ate at the Subway on fourth Street and Grand Rapids Minnesota. The blonde haired lady, which I’m assuming is the manager, was amazing and her team or very good as well. She knew we were sharing a sandwich, we didn’t ask her to do it, but she separated it in half and gave individually wrapped sandwiches without ever asking or charging more. She was super quick and the sandwich was super good. The dining room was clean, the staff are out there cleaning tables and chairs. I’m just gonna say this is the best run subway I’ve ever been at. I wish we had more customer service and servers that were this pleasant.
