First time here...tasted Fresh and good food, good options but but a bit overpriced.. The watermelon limeade is so good my favorite drink this summer it was light n refreshing. Had the Steak burrito bowl and the family had burritos and Tacos. Just pricey

We arrived a half hour before closing and the staff couldn't have been more gracious and kind. I hate to go places close to closing because I know that the staff is trying their best to get ready to close for the day. The girl that worked the front was awesome. She was efficient, gave decent portion sizes and told us not to worry when we apologized for coming in so late. Food was actually not that bad for end of the night either; still fresh and delicious and of course the dining room was clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend this location! :)
I'm sure everyone has been asked the question, "If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be?" I used to struggle answering this question until I had Chipotle, Chipotle is absolutely delicious and this is one of the few locations I have found where the staff does not twiddle their thumbs waiting for each other to do someone else's job. Will continue to frequent here for the foreseeable future.
Best Chipotle in Grand Rapids! They take food allergies very seriously and go the extra mile if you notify them of what you’re allergic to. Perfect portions and very welcoming atmosphere too.
Very helpful staff and good quality food. I like chipotle for the vegan protein. Plus had to add chips and the amazing guac.
The best Chipotle location! Always very quick and portion sizes are always correct. I often drive out of my way to go to this location because it’s significantly better than the other one nearby.
Great staff! We went on a busy day, and they got everyone their food quickly with good quality. The tables were slightly dirty, so we sat outside, but they had great seating with sun umbrellas. Would highly recommend!
Ridiculously meager portions are given here. Chipotle’s food is consistently good but some days you literally get half the amount of food as others. I will adjust this review when I see consistent improvement in portion size from this restaurant.
Update: order at the restaurant and you’ll get better portions. Online ordering still is subpar for portions.

Perfectly located off the freeway. BUSY! We arrived about 1pm on a Sunday, but got right up there to order quickly. Dining room only had two tables empty. Five minutes into eating three-fourths of the people finished and left.
Recovery of the dining area was slow, but it was there. Bathroom was clean, but for the life of me I could not get the water to kick on. Luckily they had Purell dispensers.
The food was spot on. Heaping portions! Chips were Awesome! Well done assembly peeps. We drank Cokes and they were calibrated correctly.
