I love the food at Checkers. We have one in Bay City where I'm from and the food is always good. Smiles on everyone's face and always happy and quick to get you your food.

I gave it a four just to be nice,
all I did was ask a question, if they could take 100$ bill cuz we had no way of breaking it up, and one of the employees were looking at me funny an act like he didn't know what I was talking about, he got my food even though one of the orders were wrong, my receipt was wet for some reason and by the time they gave me my food one of the guy says something out loud I couldn't make it out and when I came to that window to see what he was trying to say then they were acting all nice and thumbs up, look I don't know what's going on with your employees if it at home problems or working problems, and I am sorry and I hope everything will be okay, but that's no way to treat your customers, and people in general, I'll come back there in a couple weeks when they cool down. I don't want nobody to get in trouble but that was unnecessary,

I order online so that there's no miscommunication... it's all in words, I order for 2 adults and 1 child and there's usually 1 thing either missing or wrong... but nothing I haven't been able to deal with or just pick off my sandwiches yet.

Zero atmosphere. It's take-out only. But the food was delicious. We especially love the Rally's/Checker's fries.

Good food...great price for the checker burger! Very friendly staff!
The building could use some attention and the driveway is a bit of a challenge...but it's Michigan pothole season. And it doesn't effect the food...just go slow!
