Great sandwiches! Fantastic selection with lots of really fun combinations you don't see anywhere else. Ingredients are high quality. Their methodology and technique for sandwich making is very detailed - all the stuff to get maximum meltiness, even toasting on the bread, even ingredient spread, etc. Real pros. Nothing more you can ask for when it comes to a sandwiches shop. Prices are reasonable, too.
It's kept from a 5 star rating by difficult parking amd a thin storefront that's a bit tight on space and awkward to navigate with other customers, especially if you're being COVID conscious. That's it.

Deli like sandwiches, but like you've never had before. Great staff and service. I live in Flint now but when I lived in Grand Rapids this was my go to spot. Give them a try they NEVER disappoint.

The staff was very helpful in setting up a group lunch order for our office, delivery was right on time, all the orders were accurate, and the food was great! Highly recommended for individual and group orders in the Grand Rapids area.

Been here twice and both times were very good!!! Staff is awesome. First time got a buffalo chicken sandwich and HIGHLY recommend it! My second time going I ended up getting a vegetarian wrap, and staff member asked me if I was vegan before she put it on the panini press- I’m not so I didn’t care. But I was surprised to see how thoughtful and mindful they are of that kind of thing. Will definitely be back for more!

Everything on the menu looks amazing. I opted for the Smoky Swine and it was perfect. Great bread, I could taste both the pork and the sauce (not just the sauce), and the slaw was crisp and tasty. Service was fast and staff was super helpful.

I LOVE Electric Hero!!! Delicious sandwiches with a varied enough but not overbearing menu (unlike two beards). I just wish they had more hours of operation! Staff is always SUPER friendly and very chill.
Fave is the chipotle chicken sandwich, it blew me away.

Very yummy food - I'll definitely be here again.
The service was a bit slow, but all the staff was friendly. It was $12 for a full sandwich, chips, and a can of coke. A little pricey - but it was worth it.
