Benjamin was a great waiter. He made the experience well worth the visit. Conner the bartender made an awesome blackberry sangria which is not even on the menu, per our request. Chelsie the manager was great. We asked for her to come over so that we could tell her how well we were treated tonig
The experience here was absolutely amazing! From the food, to the service, to the general atmosphere, I highly recommend! Austin B was our server and was fantastic. Such a kind person with a bubbly and outgoing personality that made the experience that much better! The General Manager (I forgot her
First time visiting this restaurant at Grand rapids north location.. we ordered entree (land and sea) in a le carte menu,it contains 3 pieces of shrimp/chicken/steak/salmon.Its more expensive cost $35 when compared to the quantity. But the cooking experience in pot with mojo is worth it. We had Flam
Loved the experience and the food. They were able to accommodate my gluten free needs and that is huge! We went for early lunch and it wasn’t busy so that was nice for the atmosphere being pretty quiet.
What can I say other than it's an experience. Meal comes in courses with various fondue. We had the 4 course meal that starts with a cheese fondue you dip breads and veggies in. Followed by a salad. The entries are various protein that you cook at the table in a style of your choice. Styles include
We had a great time for it being our first time. There were 9 in our party and they were able to accommodate us nicely with 4 cook tops. Service was great. We had Coq au Vin cooking style and I think I would have liked it more if it wasn't so salty.
We went for the Special Oktoberfest menu and it was really good. It's $45 a person and worth every cent. It's highly recommended that you make a reservation beforehand and i recommend thaf you study the menu before you go. Sign up for their emails in regards to special events. The cheese fondue is
The staff and food were fun. It was my first time and I thought the experience was worth the price. Fairly clean in the section we sat in. Tasty food. Several mmmmms were had during dinning. :)
The owner sat us and explained the experience. The food was set properly and arranged orderly. The drinks were great but the best part was the staff. One young man in particular who was not our waiter continued to help and assist where needed. It is a lot of food! You may think it won't be but tr
Overall, it was a neat experience. The food was good but not as great as I was expecting. Service was fast and pleasant. My wife really enjoyed it, but I'm not a fan of beer or wine, so the wine in the fondue was overpowering everything for me. We later found out it could be substituted...not their
Melting Pot is a great place for a relaxed evening and this one is no exception! Food is always super good quality and delicious! It is not a place you go when you are in a hurry because it is about the experience and enjoying who you are with! They have a lot of options for different dietary restri
Fantastic restaurant with a great variety of food! We got the big night out for two, but upgraded it to the bigger night out for two. That is the one thing that I would do different next time, it was an extra $10 to upgrade it which added lobster tail, but was two bites per person for the extra $10.
I had the Wednesday BFFs special. At $29 for a 3-course meal it's a fairly comprehensive experience. The food was pretty good as well
First time going, got the big night out for two. Four course meal, definitely left full. The cheeses and chocolate were the stars. We spent almost three hours there.
