It was a pretty cool experience, pretty pricey, but an experience worth experiencing once in your life. Experience this place with your significant other, especially if they've never experienced Fondue. The experience was pleasurable to the soul of variety, so if you love experiencing tasty little experiences of the experimental type I highly recommend Experiencing The Melting Pot.

I was reluctant to go after reading some reviews. But we thought it was great! Service was great, food was great, no complaints at all. Something to remember if you go. This is not a place you go to eat quick and run out. It is an experience and it takes time.

Benjamin was a great waiter. He made the experience well worth the visit. Conner the bartender made an awesome blackberry sangria which is not even on the menu, per our request. Chelsie the manager was great. We asked for her to come over so that we could tell her how well we were treated tonight. The hostess was very welcoming also. This was my fiance 1st time and they made the night out of us. Thank you so much! If I could a million stars I would.

The experience here was absolutely amazing! From the food, to the service, to the general atmosphere, I highly recommend! Austin B was our server and was fantastic. Such a kind person with a bubbly and outgoing personality that made the experience that much better! The General Manager (I forgot her name😭) was just as great! Thankyou for an incredible first experience!

First time visiting this restaurant at Grand rapids north location.. we ordered entree (land and sea) in a le carte menu,it contains 3 pieces of shrimp/chicken/steak/salmon.Its more expensive cost $35 when compared to the quantity. But the cooking experience in pot with mojo is worth it. We had Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue was delicious and everyone liked it. Ambience is ok. Mini cake with candle given for bday..

Loved the experience and the food. They were able to accommodate my gluten free needs and that is huge! We went for early lunch and it wasn’t busy so that was nice for the atmosphere being pretty quiet.

What can I say other than it's an experience. Meal comes in courses with various fondue. We had the 4 course meal that starts with a cheese fondue you dip breads and veggies in. Followed by a salad. The entries are various protein that you cook at the table in a style of your choice. Styles include oil base or broth base with various ingredients added. We got mojo which is a broth base with garlic, cilantro, lemon juice, like juice, and Caribbean inspired seasoning. Dessert was a chocolate fondue with cakes and treats to dip.

We had a great time for it being our first time. There were 9 in our party and they were able to accommodate us nicely with 4 cook tops. Service was great. We had Coq au Vin cooking style and I think I would have liked it more if it wasn't so salty.

We went for the Special Oktoberfest menu and it was really good. It's $45 a person and worth every cent. It's highly recommended that you make a reservation beforehand and i recommend thaf you study the menu before you go. Sign up for their emails in regards to special events. The cheese fondue is worth the trip alone and don't get me started on the chocolate. Life should always be this delicious.

The staff and food were fun. It was my first time and I thought the experience was worth the price. Fairly clean in the section we sat in. Tasty food. Several mmmmms were had during dinning. :)

The owner sat us and explained the experience. The food was set properly and arranged orderly. The drinks were great but the best part was the staff. One young man in particular who was not our waiter continued to help and assist where needed. It is a lot of food! You may think it won't be but trust me, it is. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to visit again.

Overall, it was a neat experience. The food was good but not as great as I was expecting. Service was fast and pleasant. My wife really enjoyed it, but I'm not a fan of beer or wine, so the wine in the fondue was overpowering everything for me. We later found out it could be substituted...not their fault. If you are looking for a neat experience, with friendly staff, and good food....check it out.
