This is a nice place. It's not really outdated, but it has an older feel, which is not a bad thing. The staff is very nice. The food is very good. We always have a great experience.

We went through the Grand Ledge location's drive-thru the other night. The customer service was excellent and our food was delicious!!!!!! Thank you, A&W!!!! A+

Went through drive through yesterday. The guy working the window was very nice and patient. On 3 meals we spent close to $30 dollars. The burger I got was so good and their fries are one of my favorites. The chicken stripes they are bland unless you dip them in something about my only bad thing.

Good ol' small town American fast food joint. Service was friendly and fast, and the food was hot and fresh. Great visit from an out-of-towner!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Tried the Cod and fries basket. Good came quickly. Enjoyed a tasty A&W root beer. Store was clean and staff were great. Not 5 star because A&W fries are usually sad. Skinny. Whimpy. Bland. As were these.. the Cod was actually very good. Plenty of fish in each filet. Also the bathroom is awkward. The wash basin is right next to the door, as in if I'm washing my hands anyone coming in the bathroom would kerwhap me with the door.
