I order a Buffalo chicken rap on the regular here. To start off I never ordered extra mozzarella the employee put on more whether he thought that was the ussual amount or lack of training I dont know. As for the other this is now the second time that I have not received cookies, I caught it before I left the first time and this time around I walked out the door got back to work and no cookies. Great staff and are normally really friendly. Dan and Zach are pretty cool!

Every time I go in when this older man is working he has a bad attitude. I usually try to counter it by being extra respectful. Today I went on and he was making a to-go order and he was slamming things down and I could just tell he was mad. I went in for my pregnancy craving and I felt super nauseous so I was ready to eat. He was short with me, asking me questions when I wasn’t done speaking. I couldn’t handle it today so I told him to forget it and left and I will not be going back to this location.

Girls were great. This subway had a drive thru (whaaaatt??!) Crazy clean lobby, and the food was great, like always.

If I could it a negative stars I would. Everytime I come to this location it takes 10 minutes or more to make one sandwich, and most of the time the bacon is cold and raw. If you're going to take 10 minutes or more to make my sandwich please make sure the bacon isn't raw I usually don't mind waiting for food if it's good but it's made like that every single time I come.

Came because we could not decide what to eat. Paid and waited for year young man to make the sandwich .. as we watched he wiped his nose with his gloved hand and continued to make the sandwich. Gross gross gross! When we asked for a refund he told us his manager did not allow that and he could only make a new sandwich. It has been quite awhile and will not be back for a very long time!!!

Used to work there for two years. Two years. Decided one day to order pick up and it was unbelievably sad. There was 6 inch portion amounts of meat in all three footlongs. Manager never called me to address the issue. Just sad I can't work there anymore so people don't get scammed. Neil, the restaurant owner, has had his restaurant quality drop so much in the recent years through repeatedly shorting people on what they ordered. $12 sandwiches and I pretty much paid for 3 veggies. Disgraceful.
