DO IT!!!!! This is the best way to see the Grand Canyon! The staff at the shop are just wonderful people, so helpful and excited to assist you with tips and trip suggestions. They make sure you are comfortable with your bike and instructions. Professional and personable. If you are new to biking up hills, then make sure you get on the shuttle and start on the red trail, yellow is doable but tougher than we thought as 50 year olds and slightly out of shape.

Rent these bicycles while at the Grand Canyon and enjoy the ride! — Calib was great to work with, he took the time to train us up on how to use the bikes properly and load them on the buses. After a quick conversation and test ride we were on our way to hermits rest. The bicycles are a great way to get around to all the lookout points quickly while also getting a good workout. There are a few small inclines that will challenge you but there is always the option to stop and hop on a bus. Pima point has an amazing view. When we returned the bikes, Calib made sure everything went well on our ride and got the bikes back on the rack. When you come to the Grand Canyon, rent these bicycles for a half day and head out on an adventure. You will be happy you did it.

We had a fantastic time. The bikes were well maintained and the guides did a great job of telling us where to go and what to look out for. Since the COVID shut down the shuttle buses haven't run so it makes for more room on the biking path. Be sure to bring a snack or small lunch along with alot of water. The hills will wear you out a bit but totally worth it. Definitely pay a bit more for the electric bike if you don't think you can manager the regular one. You don't want to miss out. Great establishment. Looking forward to coming back.

We went on a ~3hr tour of the south rim and it was fantastic. The right mix of information, chatting and riding for me 👍😊 Megan was great! It was a lot colder than I expected though, so pay attention to that 👍

Best place for coffee and bagels in the park considering most other food places are currently not operational. Conveniently located near the visitor center, accessible by shuttles as well. Highly recommend their dirty chai with espresso shots!

What an amazing experience! We wanted to get the kids active after the long at-home experience so we decided to take a road trip. My sister felt the same way. They had also spent 2 months at home. It’s time to re-engage, get our young kids a chance to see their cousins but be smart about it. We were looking for activities that we could do that we could also include grand-pa and keep socially distant from other groups. This bicycle tour was perfect. The staff at bright angel bicycle tour were amazing. Every single team member that helped us were impressive. So friendly, they all had their masks on and smiles on under them. They were so patient and professional with our group. Traveling with kids can be challenging. Between my sister and I, we are a 10 person group. We have 5 kids (ages 3-7), my sister and her husband, me and my husband and my dad. So these guides were so patient and amazing helping us show the Grand Canyon to our kids for the first time. The kids grandfather (my dad) got a kick out of seeing the wonder and amazement in his grand children in this experience. Once we had our bikes and onto the paved trail we were always from others. Everyone could take masks off and breath the fresh Grand Canyon air while biking through the high desert forest. The guides were able to share such great and fun information on plants, animals and geology in the area. They also kept our water bottles filled and found the good shade to rest in on this hot summer day. Thank you bright angel bicycle! We will be back again for another ride!

Best hot chocolate I've ever had. Definitely a great place to stop if you need to warm up a bit.

We had a great time. The guy checking us in gave us good advise on trip planning. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. The bikes were in good condition & repair. Biking was a wonderful way to see the canyon. We hiked out to Hermits Rest. We are at the cafe after. Our sandwiches were tasty.
