Panda Express

I went at 9pm 30 minutes before closing time, they didn’t have 3 of the items I wanted but I was happy to wait while they cooked some so I could get what I made the trip in to town for. But I was told “we’re not trying to cook anything cause we are closing in 30 minutes “ I could choose from what they had available and I did choose one item but another employee told the person he couldn’t give me that item since she was about to buy it and that’s why she cooked it. So at that point I was done and I left, I didn’t want to speak to any manager, supervisor or anything else I was just done and I will not be back to this location.

I came at 9 PM to get some food. Date is 4/16/2022. I was told that they are an HOUR before closing and no more food will be dropped. So, my options an HOUR before closing were limited to 4 different entrees. Not a good look. Just drove off upset with no food. And per the sign on the door and website they are open for a whole nother hour.

*Border Line Raw Mushy Chicken* *I would Not Recommend this Location* We've Been to Countless Panda Express Locations all across the country and every time the orange has a bit of a crisp not this location it was almost under cooked with no crisp at all and the mushroom chicken was absolutely disgusting as it was ver very mushy and the kung pow chicken was also very mushy. The Beijing beef was almost perfect as it was fully cooked but barely warm as it had been sitting for a while and wasn't hot anymore. We will Never return to this location again.

price is going up and quality down...got 2 bowls this week...almost a 20$ because they upcharged for specialty meats...then gave me 4 shrimp...wth. plus, they try and hijack your change by asking if you want to donate it...then if you dont it appears the serving you receive is proportional to whether or not you let them "keep your change"....sux

Cannot call in Orders to the restaurant-online order at their website, or grub hub or door dash…… 7:17pm - July 10th - Just went thru the drive thru - placed our order - PAID - asked to pull around to wait for our order - should take 6 minutes they say - 20 minutes later patiently waiting out front - and seeing other cars getting their orders and drive away - I walk inside and show them my receipt and guess what - they start dipping up our order - WHAT - looks like they need some sort of order priority training -

Did not refund or provide explanation of incomplete order. They shorted 12 whole spring rolls and a large chow mein. They knew they messed up my order via door dash and the lady there said she would fix it, after at first saying she was too busy (Who tells a customer whose order they have taken full payment for and know they have messed up, and proceed to tell they are too busy...) Never called back and never fixed it. Robbed.
