Golden Chick

Got the limited surf and turf chicken tenders and fried shrimp. It was pretty good. It wasn't as horribly busy as I thought it would be for lunch on Easter, and they were fast at getting orders out. I also noticed that the cashier was particularly good at paying attention to what their customers' needs were as they were ordering/discussing food choices. Amazing staff for a fast food restaurant!

First of all on a Sunday afternoon after working on our house we came to golden chick to eat good 😋. The Wait was so so LONG we were told to wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken but it was way longer then 10 minutes…. About 25 Food finally came and got no receipt. I ordered the 15 piece mix 3 sides mash potatoes,fries,Mac and cheese with side salad…. we had left to eat since my 6 kids myself and spouse are hungry and the fries were missing 😳😵‍💫😤🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Had to go back for the fries and receipt… so very disappointed. However On a side note customer service was friendly

We came in Easter Sunday, and it was our first time here. I am deaf and have a hearing service dog, most places make us take our order to go. Miranda made us feel very comfortable and welcome she also gave us an alternative option of roasted chicken because I have a shellfish allergy. Miranda is AWESOME!

My 6 piece tender combo. Will not ever go back, I gave Golden Chick another chance because Ive always liked them better than chicken Express. Not anymore, I did not ask for a kids meal. Would've been much better off with some frozen chicken nuggets and fries at the house considering I ate my three tenders and I'm still hungry. Even if they would've fixed it, I live out of town and don't want to have to hope that when I get home I have what I ordered In my box.
