Terrible customer service. The guy threw the bag at us in the drive thru and shut the window. Didn't give us any straws or the buffalo sauce we asked for and the fries were a freaking joke (half empty). Sorry but I don't feel you guys deserve $15/hr.

I remember going here over 35 years ago. Since I was a child this was THE McDonalds to go to for all of Graham. Order is always right. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I have to park for 5-10 minutes yet waiting in the drive thru to get my food. Other than that, great place.

Will never stop here again. Driving to go out of state, stop at the drive thru for breakfast. Lady tells us the total, get to the window and she says a different total. Thought it was weird. Get the receipt and it says $5.20 and I gave $8. My mistake. Get to the second window and tell the young man she owes me money. Manager says she would have to pull the drawer and count it, which I know, I was a manager at Mcds before. The point is I got ripped off by a crew member.

My boyfriend and I ordered thru the app at around 1:30, and I sent him in to grab the food. There were three male hispanic workers in the back laughing and making fun of him in spanish (my bf speaks fluent spanish and could understand) making fun of his hair for being long and more. Y’all need to get your workers in check

My sister used the McDonald's app, shared her code in the drive thru, placed her order, and paid for it electronically. Was able to skip the first window, and picked up her order without any delay!

Downloaded the app and we saved so much money. The food was great and the service was awesome. Thank you for taking care of us❤️

Picked up a mobile order tonight and had terrible service. Went through the drive thru to pick up the order and was asked to wait in a mobile order spot. 5 minutes later we got our order. Drink was missing, nuggets had none of the sauce that was ordered and the Big Mac was built with a top bun and two middle buns. Store was not busy during this time. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
