Dottie's home cooking is your basic local diner. I've been there a few times for breakfast with my friend and it has always been a nice breakfast, though the coffee is a little weak. They always seem to be busy and food comes to the table quickly. You pay at the counter, where there's additional seating. The price isn't too bad, my plate plus coffee was around $7.

One of the few if not only home cooking restaurants in Graham, NC. Lunch is the best. Simple home cooked style food. Look for the daily specials. Nice and attentive staff.

I have been eating at Dotties for almost three years now. I love their food, and the awesome friendly service with a smile! Their homemade jellies are delicious! Especially their strawberry!

Good little mom and pop with selection of home cooking. I enjoyed my pancakes and order of grits. I purchase two meals for $12 and I was shocked. Will eat here again before I leave.
