Shenanigans

Eh, went tonight to dine in. We were the only people there which was a good thing since covid and such. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The food was just massively overcooked. Maybe they had a bunch of to-go orders, but we were the only people in the place so it was a bit of a let down. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon was brittle, the burger firm and very dry, the cheese not melted on the burger, and the bun was very charred. I got fries too, they were better than the burger but not great. The fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that had burnt bits in it. It is what it is, i most likely won't be back.

No party is too big or small, all are handled. The wait staff are excellent, if sometime shorthanded. When we were there they were short 2 people and a Saturday night rush was on. It was handled. Service was excellent, but there only so much 2 servers can do and we were a party of 6. The buffet was the thing to order, not something off the menu. And the ribs were fall off the bone, tender. The soups were delicious. Excellent but consider the situation when choosing what to order.
