Service was okay. The girl who took our order was polite but did not wear gloves to serve fries in containers. Food was hot but fries were not fresh. I had to clean my own table to sit and eat; bathrooms were not cleaned at all and no paper towels.

I took my grandson to Grafton Burger king because he wanted a meal along with play in the play area. There were only 3 people in the dining area but it took a very long time to get our food. The food tasted fine but the coffee was cold. My grandson went into the play area and had been playing half an hour when an employee who must have been the manager stepped into the room and said curtly, " This play area is closed. That's why we have the extra chairs in here". She then walked out to the front of the building to have a cigarette. There were no signs indicating the playroom was closed nor was the area taped off. No apologies. I won't go back. I was there on June 17th, at 745 pm.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Burger king, I went back in a second time to buy a friend a meal and got to see another friend while I was there. The cashier/manager was very nice & I even got a free drink! I'll be definitely be visiting again soon cause my dad gave me a bunch of coupons!

Ordered a sour dough bacon cheeseburger and it was horrible! Also ordered chicken nuggets and had to go back through the drive thru because they didn't put them in my bag. Very disappointed with my experience!!

Had bought 90 nuggets...30 for my son 30 for my daughter and 30 for myself.... 😋 Delicious... But hears the kicker. My son ate 20 nuggets. My daughter ate 25 nuggets. Dad got an extra 15 nuggets. Nothing went to waste.

If I was able to give this place a negative star rating I would, not once but twice me and my family have been cursed at by the employee's for asking questions, and on top of that our food has been so wrong it was inedible. They need to fix the people's attitude they hire.
