Dunkin'

What is going on here? I don't know if it's short staff or teenagers getting their first job but it has gotten worse in time. Often have had trouble where they don't have donuts or munchkins (the 1 time of the year I go to buy them). The hot beverages are inconsistent and the cashier's are inconsistent with giving basic attention to the customer. Needs serious improvement.....oh, and be prepared to wait extravagant amounts of time when you're trying to get to work.

I was served a partially frozen breakfast sandwhich. When I requested a refund...the shift manager told the staff I would have to wait and continued to make me wait for over 10 minutes. I then asked if someone else old assist me and was told no. Over 15 min of waiting and the shift manager never came to refund me for my purchase. I then asked for the store managers # and was given a non working #. The village of Goshen police dept didn't think the matter was serious enough to. over and assist me in getting a refund.THEY also never gave me a receipt for my purchase.

This particular location has really gone downhill in customer service. But, my comment is focused on the late afternoon/evening shift. Complete disregard for being attentive or even getting the order correct. I've heard other customers stating similar experiences while in the store too. On several occasions, I've had to repeat the details of my order more than once and still...they get it wrong. I go to a different location in the P.M. whenever possible. The owner really must address these issues because the staff doesn't care enough to actually do their jobs well.

This Dunkin' location is top notch. Customer service was excellent and the wait time was minimal. The smell of brewing coffee permeated the air. One tiny problem is the fact that they packed my order in a small bag instead of using two bags. They would have gotten a 4 star rating if this minor issue was non-existent.
