Slow line . Two cars ordered and drove off without getting their food. Two others just left the line. Short staff. Not fun for them either.
Our croissants sandwiches were dried out . I threw out half. The bacon tasted old.
The donut was delicious!!

Unfortunately I have to give this place a low score. My daughter had ordered ahead online so we could get through the line quicker and her dozen of donuts she ordered were not what she asked for. When we pulled up, they said thar they were out of the donuts she wanted so they just put a variety if what they had in the box...?? What? Yup true story, also she ordered 2 orders of the bagel bites and they tried only giving us one, I had to show them the order and receipt twice till they understood.

You guy’s definitely rock I know you guy’s are very under staffed but I can definitely tell they try their hardest to get that line moving it’s just not enough man power with only 1 to 2 people working. Customers just need to have patience, you guy’s keep pushing it y’all got this.

They don’t put that they are closed so the drive thru is full and no one to take their orders. It Saturday like the most common day to get coffee and donuts and yet no one to sell them to them

Have been here several times trying to go in lobby but they are always closed during operating hours and no sign stating lobby closed. They don’t answer their phone to take a order either. I drive a semi I can’t use drive through.

Came here this morning to get a cup of coffee. It seems they had no one on Duty working. Lights off in the building and multiple cars waiting in and leaving the drive thru. I went to Starbucks down the road where I should have went to in the first place.

Wrong drink, out of stock on this or that, over 15 minutes in drive thru.
I like Dunkin. A great brand with good food.
So why can't this location on US33/Lincolnway get their act together?
The other location across town on Pike St. never seems to have these issues
