Panera Bread

Had very mixed experiences here. The old location food and service were far better. Orders placed for pickup are almost always wrong for us or they are out of items. Most eat-in experiences and food are OK, but not amazing. Glad we still have a Panera though. Hope this location will improve. We had a fantastic friendly and knowledgable cashier last night and the food was good.

Classic good'ol panera. Fast service, clean environment, good food. I've never had a bad experience here. Their small outdoor seating area is great and they layout inside is nice. My sandwich was delicious and all my homies loved their soup. Nothing not to like here! There were even a few little bees vibin outside with us tryna get a bite but we didn't let em.

Ate there today for first time in a long time, mainly because it so expensive. A salad, macaroni, bowl soup and 2 waters over $26. Today after we ordered and paid we were told it was a 30 minute wait. After a hour and our beeper never went off they called our name. Said beeper were not working. Food was cold. Never returning.

This restaurant is ALWAYS out of bread bowls. It doesn't matter how early you get there, they will likely be out. Today, we ordered bread bowls at their kiosk for dine in. When our order was ready and I approached the counter to pick up, the worker said, "we are out of bread bowls, so we just gave you an extra piece of bread" This dude just ASSUMED that we would just accept a 3 inch slice of bread as a substitute for an entire sourdough bread bowl! We friggin' paid extra for the bread bowl, why would you substitute it for something less and then think the customer would be ok with that? Oh, how about you guys just make more bread bowls. I mean it IS a bread restaurant, is it not? Lame....seriously lame. And they keep closing their dining room. That's just insane.

Being on a diet I looked online for their menu and nutrition to decide beforehand what I would order. Almost no low calorie items. I decided on a Flatbread sandwich. Upon ordering I was told no sandwiches, only Flatbread puzzas. They have no ham at all. The girl got frustrated with me and when asked about low calorie choices she was no help at all. Having people in line behind me I went with a 700 calories flat bread cheese pizza. Ate 3 pieces, took the rest home which if my grandson doesn't eat I'll throw away. Fresh good food but no place for people on a diet!
