Burger King

Just went through the drive thru. I didn’t get a receipt, and my order was wrong. I ordered the spicy chick king meal. I got the sandwich, and it wasn’t spicy. Also looked like the wrong chicken patty. I asked for ranch and the woman at the window just looked annoyed and gave me one. Not a good experience here.

The staff was very rude. You can loudly and plainly hear the staff using explicit words including the "N" word! Very unprofessional, definitely will not be back. The owners of this franchise should be ashamed of their employees, and to top it off it was the supervisor on duty!!!! If it wasn't He was definitely allowing this kind of conversation and was definitely a part of it!! Disgrace to retail!!

Horrible location, as a manager this location has no customers service and they love to up charge you and don't give receipt. They say one thing and charge you another. You don't realize till it till you see your debt card charges. This is not the first time. They closed the door of the drive through quickly and act busy so you don't ask for the receipt. This place needs a new manager to run it.

If I could give u guys a negative I would I have come to this drive through 3 times and on those 3 times they have told me that they don’t have any product available no burgers and no chicken sandwiches what restaurants those that the store close at 10 pm I had to get out from work early so that way I can get something to eat y only have 30 minutes break so please can a manager do something about it I have work in food industry almost all my life and I never was unprepared for the rush hour they know there is so many wearhouse around but instead u guys are losing costumer’s and money

I have an allergy to wheat so I ordered a double stacker without a bun because they said they didn't have lettuce. They essentially gave me the burger patties with cheese in a container, that would have been fine but they didn't even give me utensils to eat it with and no napkins! Who doesn't even provide napkins with their food...Burger King, that's who.
