Texas Roadhouse

Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The waitress April was a superb host, the manager Peter made us feel welcomed as well. Will definitely go back soon!!! Did I even mention the delectable food that was served?? Every bite big and small was full of rich flavors that I've never experienced at a restaurant before. Enjoyed our family outing!!!

If I could give Texas Roadhouse 0 stars, I 1000% would. We went out to dinner tonight hoping to enjoy a delicious meal on a Friday night. We received the complete opposite. We began with the blooming onion that was more flour than actual onion. The onion was cut into really small portions where all you could taste is the flour and you get very little onion. Maybe cut the onion into bigger pieces to where you can actually have the onion. We proceeded with our main course, I ordered a filet steak, medium rare, my steak came out rare. I ordered my steak with sautéed onions and I was given mushrooms. My husband ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare and got his steak well done. It looked like his steak was thrown in the microwave because it wasn't thawed out enough and then thrown on the grill, causing it to not only be overcooked but chewy as well. The most terrible steak we have ever received at a restaurant. What a complete waste of time and money. This is not the first Texas Roadhouse that we have been to that has been absolutely terrible (and that is an understatement) , where every single time our steaks have come out wrongfully cooked. I know that losing us as customers means nothing to this corporation because they are always busy. Texas Roadhouse, if you really care about your customers and your reputation... be better and do better.

Texas Roadhouse, what can I say! The staff was unbelievable, from beginning to end. Our waitress was so attentive to our table, endless drinks with endless rolls and our main meals were so satisfying. We started our lunch with their golden Fried Pickle chips as an appetizer. My husband ordered their 12 oz Ribeye with the Grilled Shrimp and sides. I fancied more towards their Country Fried Sirloin with white gravy and sides. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and she was amazing to get the crowd around us to participate in the celebration. Go check them out over at Goodyear, on McDowell Road.

The food was great. We had a nice server but after being told about 15-20 minute wait we sat waiting for 43 minutes. Got in and was sat right next to the bathroom which grosses me out in any restaurant. The music was literally so loud we couldnt hear eachother. Basically read my husbands lips to know what he was saying. Since i really Do like their food, I'll just do take out next time.

This is our goto place for a fun time and a great dinner. The check in process went flawless via the app. Our server, Amy, was great and attentive. Couldn’t have for a better interaction. Most of the food quality was decent overall. The exception was both our 12oz ribeyes were cooked to well done. We asked for medium on both but unfortunately did not get what we asked. I didn’t feel like making a fuss over the steaks as it was a family dinner time and we were all enjoying our time together. Although most visits in the past easily obtained 5 stars; This particular visit is only worth at most 3 stars.

Took my nephew out to lunch and had a great time! Food was tasty, and the drinks were, too... and the ever-present rolls & butter did not disappoint! The service was excellent, our server "Rock" checked on us frequently and took very good care of us! My nephew had a great time watching all the servers "perform" a happy birthday celebration! Great atmosphere, clean and family friendly!
