Whataburger

We were driving through and stopped to grab breakfast the staff was so friendly. I have never been to a whataburger and had lots of questions the staff was so patient. They were busy so it took a little longer but that was very understandable and well worth the wait. The food was hot and the restaurant was clean overall if I find myself in this are I would stop again for sure

On 06/19/2022 at 12:30 a.m. we cane threw the drive thru and was told they were not serving breakfast. When we asked for a manager or a managers name the guy told our party “he was not giving that information out”. When we asked when they would start serving breakfast he told us he didn’t know. I told him I wold call and make a report on Monday since they wer being so rude and he wouldn’t give us a managers name. He then responded “bet”. He then took a long time to get back in the mic to take our order. We sT in line since 11:59 for him to be that rude to us. At this point we no longer felt comfortable ordering because we feared our food would not be safe to eat but had to atleast order something since there was no way of getting out of line. This place needs better management and better customer service. The male working the drive thru definitely does not need to be working with customers if he is this rude. When we got to the window my daughter realized she knew who he was and I told him I would be reporting him by name. He than came out and took a picture of my license plate. I did start recording at that point. This is not right on so many levels.

They made the order for my wife and I correctly and it was hot and fresh. All employees were very friendly and quick at taking the order and getting it to us and asking if we needed condiments/napkins. The parking lot is well maintained asphalt and clean. I did not use the drivethru. Everyone was wearing hair protection. The mens bathroom sink was filthy and there was no hand soap. One of the register working employees was wearing an absolutely filthy shirt. The drink machine waste tray was full of discarded ice, trashcans behind the counter were overflowing. Employees had personal drinks in food prep areas, all the fryers were filthy. The work area floors were all littered with dropped food and trash. The dining area floor was littered with trash. I’d eat there again, but I’d expect a higher standard of cleanliness.
