VERY POOR SERVICE FOOD WAS OLD AND THEY GAVE THE WRONG ORDER WHICH WAS ALSO COLD EVEN THOUGH THEY MICROWAVE EVERYTHING THEY DONT EVEN HAVE JALAPEÑOS THE FOOD WAS JUST TERRIBLE AND IT WAS VERY HARD TO EVEN COMMUNICATE WITH THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER PLACE IS JUST A MEED I

The staff is really friendly and the service is really fast. I never have to be here for more than 5 minutes

This KFC is actually really nice inside, and the employees are really kind. The manager - or so I believe he is - was very helpful to my girlfriend and I; we are not used to eating at KFC so we were not sure what to order, but he very kindly and patiently helped us. Really happy with this place! :)

Classic remodeled KFC. Menu has gotten a lot more food options. Still brings back memories of the bucket and mashed potatoes.

The staffs were friendly enough and the service was fast. It's pretty much what I would expect from a KFC: a hearty and filling fast food dinner.

I don't understand how KFC can mess up on hot wings. Wing stop is ur best choice for that. Otherwise all if their menu choices are edible. The goleta location is by far way better than the one on the east side
