Rusty's Pizza Parlor

Poor Delivery guy. Honestly. These people put him in a tough position. I called to order a pizza and asked to pay in person, not realizing my fiance didn't have the money in cash. Knowing they take card payments over the phone, my fiance calls back promptly to pay with his card. The guy over the phone says he can't help and tells him to address the problem to the delivery driver. When the driver came and we told him the problem and that the guy at the store told us to tell him and he would sort it out, the driver responded with, "Me? Why me? I don't have a machine or anything to run your card. Why would they tell you that?". My 90 year old roomate had to loan me the cash to pay him so he wouldnt have to call the Parlor and save everyone a headache. *** I just want to point out, that almost every time we call in an order here, the people who answer the phone almost always have a bad attitude. Its so noticable it makes you wonder if they even like their job*** The pizza is good here but I'd prefer to save myself the grief and just order from somewhere else. I dont understand why he couldnt just take our payment over the phone. Sheesh.

Tried ordering a pizza by calling the number on google. The person who answered (call center) was rude and it was very obvious that he didnt want to be taking orders. Too bad because we really wanted to try your pizzas but the poor/nonexisting customer service from call center made us go somewhere else. You (business owner) might want to randomly check how they treat customers that call to place an order.

I gave this place a 2 because of the service I received, first I was told that my pizza would be ready in 20 min. Then when I went to pay they said it would be 30 min. Then the cashier was trying to talk me out of the pizza, I said do want the sale ,then she said okay. I waited 30 min. and still wasn't ready, in all it took 50 min. To get it
