Mcdonald's

I was in outside lane in drive thru was told just a minute I'll be with you. Well fifteen minutes and six cars going through other lane ordering. I drove through got in the inside lane to order happy meal for grandchild, expressed what had happened. Only to wait 10min for happy meal spent total of 45min in drive through.

Despite Google, McDonald’s website, and McDonald’s app all saying the store is open until midnight they denied me my mobile order and said the store closed at 11. But even they seemed confused that they were meant to be open until 12. Either poor communication or lazy staff. With McDonald’s it’s hard to tell.

This McDonald’s drives me insane because I’ll pull into the drive thru at around 11 pm and the restaurant is closed. On the website it says they close at 12 am. In the morning when getting breakfast, the hotcakes they serve always smell and taste terrible and are always stale/hard. There has been multiple times where they’d have both lines open and I pull up to the right one and no one answers at all. Multiple people have gone thru the left side, placing their orders and were still sitting there waiting. We’ve had to pull all the way around again just to get our order placed. I will say they are probably the quickest McDonald’s drive thru in the area most of the time but still. Some of the workers are friendly. One of the guys that work the first window is always rude.

The food was good, but my order was screwed up and getting an employee to acknowledge me at the front took a while. The manager/supervisor that was behind the line also kept screaming at the employees which I heard well into the dining room. Not very inviting. Most of the tables that had the sign indicating that the table was clean were indeed not, and quite obviously.
