Reviews of Hardee's

Clean, the managers are caring, insuring the young employees have proper training but also learning about customer service. Receiving this knowledge they are aware of the respect they are getting. Not too many fast-food restaurants help their young people to become positive role models these days. Great job Hardee's

Food is not fresh and employees have a nasty attitude. I ordered an 8 piece all white chicken and biscuits and a large fries. After I gave my card and paid I was told to pull up and wait for 8 min with an incredible amount of attitude. It seemed like I was bothering the cashier. I waited for 15 minutes. I walked into the restaurant and an employee asked if I was waiting on an 8 piece. I said yes, what was I waiting on? The person that engaged me at drive thru nastily informed me I was waiting on "fresh chicken". I inquired about the state of the fries and biscuits. She said, no, just the chicken was fresh. I told her I wanted a refund if I couldn't be assured that my entire order was fresh after waiting 15 minutes.

The tables were dirty. Not one table was clean. No one in there was sitting. After seeing the mess we went home and ate as was most other customers. The floor and drink area were also dirty, trash full. Bathroom was disgusting. What used to be a great place went downhill to where I don't want to go back.
