My daughter and I were on a Foodie tour of Boston and came out to Gloucester for the 7 Seas Whale Watch. We stopped into this shop on a whim and it became one of the highlights of our tour. Everything we tried was amazing. The chocolate covered marshmallows where the best I've ever had. The different flavors of chocolate bark and caramels were so good we came back later for more. The prices weren't outrageous either. Treats better than Godiva and with lower prices!!!

Not only do they have amazing classic handmade chocolates but also some more original unique flavors to mix it up. All delicious! The staff was also very friendly. Was visiting all the way from New York and will be sure to stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Great selection and amazing different flavor combinations not found at your Munsons or other chocolate shops. The bacon one with pecans and caramel was superb also the white chocolate peanut butter cup.

I ordered this after seeing you on phantom gourmet..i LOVE the v way the woman not sure if it's the owner? Anyway the passion she described the candy was the reason I ordered it.. All I can say is I received it today and wow just wow..so decadent and the only chocolate that doesn't make me sick. I love love this place and will most Definately be a repeat repeat costumer as long as you remain in business..amazing..well done well done

Turtle Alley has the BEST chocolate. I know that for a fact because we used to travel to Brussels just to make sure we had enough chocolate for a few months. Gloucester is much closer and the quality is even better! Now that the cold weather has set in I can't wait to order more for the best holiday gift I can give myself! UPDATE: Received myriad boxes of chocolates, all lovingly prepared and perfectly packed. Sadly, couldn't wait for the holidays and delved right in. Turtle Alley has never disappointed and didn't this time. The most amazing chocolate - pistachio turtles, haystacks, caramellos, harvest truffles (a must try) and everything else. My only disappointment is that we live so far away - thank goodness for mail and cool weather!

Great place. Friendly staff and delicious chocolates. Get the chocolate and nut turtles they are worth it and probably taste better than real turtles. :)
