Can't dine at Eggheads restaurant very much--too far away. When I have an appt. in Newport News, I usually stop there. Great staff, very nice and friendly.

A friend took me here recently after I moved here from New York City about 2 months ago. Is a hidden gem of a diner that was super busy on the weekend but well worth the wait the staff was extremely friendly. And the portions were amazing and very reasonable for the price it's a great breakfast diner if that's what you're looking

I have had the standard "bowl" for breakfast at places coast to coast. Across the country this is one of the best bowls I have ever had! Friendly staff, good service, great food!

Literally my favorite place for breakfast. Originally from Jersey my love of diners runs deep. The food here is amazing and the portions are ridiculously large. I would recommend this to anyone. If you love diner food this is your place.

Another win for finding amazing diners! If you’re down for shrimp and grits, bring your appetite cause this is the place to feed that beast! I also ordered a side of tots but that was just plain gluttony and dumb and I had no business trying for it - they were also everything I wanted them to be! The staff was awesome as well. I don’t think I ever saw the bottom or even the half way mark of my coffee cup and it’s always a pleasure to be in the company of fellow tattooed creatures.

Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! So many choices I can’t wait to go back and try something new!

Our best part was the waitress who made us feel super special and at home. She said she had been waitressing for more than 15 years and used to work at Suttons. She needs a raise. Smiling, chatting brought our food out super fast. Food was tasty but tasted syscoish not personalized. Onion rings , fries, fried shrimp. Come out and try them!

Easily accommodated a group of 8 of us within 5 min of arrival, food was good and service very attentive with multiple people checking on us. Four of us spent $45 total, Thank you!
