Little Caesars

I called about 5 minutes before driving by this location after dropping off groceries to a friend. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni - I arrived and paid in cash, then was able to happily use the hand sanitizer left for customers on their counter! Also managed to request the gentleman to not cut my pizza as it left the oven, wow what a difference- pizza was excellent after the drive home! Great value and great customer service at this location- better than a few months ago. Thanks Caesars!

New customer to Little Caesars and was impressed and surprised! Pizza is very tasty, just the right combo of softness/crispyness for the crust and good proportion of cheese to sauce. I actually think our family enjoyed this pizza more than Viccino's which costs 3x as much. Contactless pickup from the machine was also such a breeze. For sure the highest ratio when it comes to quality and taste over cost.

Beware people - any LC is great for cheap, passable pizza to get you by. However, this location is VERY inconsistent. In the past 8 months, they've completely closed shop once with no update online (or phone recording), and closed during "open" online hours many times. Five minutes ago, I just got back home after a wasted 10 minute drive, to see a paper sign that says "Open @ 2:00." Go here if you wanna take 10% chance at wasting a trip for acceptable pizza.

Be prepare to wait in lines or come and see it is closed. It was always quick and easy but now it is ridicolous. I understand that there is no people to work . But shorten the hours or do only online service. My kids are walking there often to grab lunch and come to close doors in business hours. The staff working there now is doing good job. They work fast and good but there is not enough of them. Food is always fresh. But how I said if You are lucky to come when it is open expect long wait.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant of any type. My wife tried to order online but this store would not take online orders so she called as I left work (I work about 15 minutes away) to place the order. When I arrived and found parking my wife was still on hold. I told her to hang up and I went inside. I spoke to the girl in the front about the long phone wait and she said that they were not answering phones because they were short staffed. You would expect that if they answer the phone, instead of putting one on an indefinite hold they would at least hang up on them or explain that they are not taking phone orders. So I then gave her my order which she told me was an online special so she needed to check with the manager. He comes up to the front and said no, this is an online special and he would not honor it. I explained we tried but the online order was not available and we could not get ahold of anyone on the phone. He said they were understaffed and walked away from me. He was rude and flippant. I will never return to this store and will recommend nobody else go. There are other Little Caesars nearby who care about clients.
