Order yourself and pay, food gets brought to you, friendly staff. Clean space compared to other locations I’ve visited. Great food.

They say that 3 strikes and your out but not me. I’m a glutton for punishment and today is the 6th and final strike. Huge lines outside that take forever. The indoor kiosks are either not working or you cannot special order what it is you want. The little staff they do have would rather stare at you than address you with even a “hi, welcome to Steak n Shake”. Nope they’d rather pretend you are not there.
This used to be a frequent stop for me but never again. Over priced mediocre food at best. Oh and don’t bother calling they won’t even answer the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I give them 1 star ONLY because zero stars is not an option.
I give them 3-6 months before the shut the doors.

Great food. Due to no one wanting to work you have to use a kiosk to order and pay for your food. No longer have waitresses. Staff they had was great.

Worst service. I ordered #26 (original double) and #27 (single with lettuce, pickles and ketchup) and what I got you can see the pictures. How can you demand $15 an hour if you can’t put a burger together.

Been coming to this location for a few months, this is my go-to place! The food is always excellent! Ordered a cheeseburger and it was the best I’ve had! The place is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and punctual. Definitely recommend!

Not too bad
I enjoyed my "steak" burger and fries
It felt like something between McDonald's and Wendy's styles
Fries are very thin almost like potato stix, but they are enjoyable enough
The chicken fingers were enjoyed very much by my lunch partner
The onion rings were not exactly my style, but still enjoyable and definitely fresh and tasty
The chili was also very much enjoyed by lunch partner
I'll have to try a shake next time
