Jasper's Cafe

I had breakfast today with a friend at Jasper’s. Contrary to many posts on this site, the service was impeccable. I had continuous hot coffee, the food arrived fast and hot, and we were left alone to visit after we had finished eating. This has always been my experience at Jasper’s. Also, the waiter was wearing a mask. The restaurant was filled to capacity, and they were very well staffed.

I ordered a tuna melt and the tuna was cold and the cheese hardly melted. I asked the waitress if they could cook it longer. She came back handed me a menu and told me to pick something else out cause they wouldn’t cook it again. I asked to speak to the manager. He came over without a mask (several waitresses had their mask off their face and hanging on their necks but the manager didn’t have one on all. He said that’s the way they always cook it. I said I’ve ordered the tuna melt here dozens of times and that the tuna was cold. He asked if I wanted something else cause they wouldn’t cook it again. Bizarre but not willing to argue about it. He walked away angry which I found interesting cause I was so nice about it. The waitress also spilled cream all over my sister. It went inside of her pant leg to her boot. She apologized but forgot the box, hot sauce, ice tea and twice I had to ask for utensils. I will no longer eat there. Again why weren’t they all wearing masks?
