The restaurant was lovely, great decor, nice ambiance, but cold! It was a very cold night, so crank up the heat! I wore my coat the entire dinner. Out waitress, Rachel, was fantastic. Best part of our meal. I ordered the $40 filet. Sadly disappointed. It did not come with a salad. The filet was the size of a large piece of kabob meat. It was overcooked - not worth $40. The mashed potatoes were very good and the asparagus was okay. My husband had the salmon. He said it was okay. There were two dining igloos and that would have been fun, but it was -7⁰ and it cost an additional $25! No thanks. My husband and I were visiting family, so it is unlikely that we will return to Park 26. My family members, who live in the area, said they would not return. Sorry, I would have loved to have given a 5 star review, but it didn't live up to its prices!

Great staff! Wonderfully clean and inviting dining room. The menu is a bit small and bar-like for lack of a better term. Not quite as formal as expected but I guess it is attached to the hotel so it has to be more accessible. All in all the food is good however. We'll be back.

Extremely underwhelming. The service was top notch, and the environment was pleasing. But that's about it. The food was very bland (I know that's a personal opinion), and over priced. I was also surprised at how small their menu is. It's just 1 page, and just the front. That's it. For a restaurant in a hotel like The Queensbury, that tries to exude some sort of old school posh, it failed to hot the mark.
And although I know it's just a gimmick, the snow globe dining is laughably bad. It's quite cold, even with a heater and blankets. Even the wait staff said most people try it and never do it again. Yet they charge a surcharge for this experience.

4 entree items that barely fill half a plate for > $30. I was also disappointed to see that this “fancy restaurant” has the same exact menu as fennimore’s pub. Their “igloo dining” is a plastic tent with a $15 cancellation fee because they know people will be disappointed once they find out what it entails. I hate to be bitter but it’s clear that they’re siphoning money off of tourists.

Food was amazing and so was our waitress, Rachel. From the appetizer to our entree. No complaints. Prices reasonable.

I went with 2 co-workers, we all enjoyed our meals. We had the restaurant week soup with apples, bacon and potato soup, to die for! The BLT on ciabatta bread was so yummy, the pastrami sandwich was great and the flatbread was good also. The upgrade to frites is a must, the sweet potato fries were tasty. Half of the frites were burnt but the half that was not, were very good. Highley recommend, they have a new menu and have upped their game!
