Taco Bell

Ordered and paid for my food at the self serve kiosk. Food was hot and fresh. The eat in area was clean and so we're the restrooms. All of the employees were nice and did I mention the food was hot and fresh! I've been through this drive thru before with no problems. Glad eat in service is great too!

Because it's the lowest score. This store is horrible and severely under staff. It never fails that the soda machine is giving you sparkling color water and never your full meal. Today I waited 20 minutes for food and watched every car behind me pull off without paying or food because of the wait. And there was actually 5 people there today. This owner needs to revamp before they are out of business.

I know it’s not reasonable to have high expectations with fast food, and I’m usually able to overlook issues as long as it’s not a safety or cleanliness issue but this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had to date. All of the items I ordered were very sloppily constructed. The cheesy Gordita crunch was only halfway filled and was clearly missing ingredients (pic included). The beefy 5-layer burrito had a very small amount of beef and cheese and the refried beans were dry, discolored and crumbly and were easily over a day old (pic included). The beans had a weird smell and taste too. I couldn’t eat any of my dinner. What a disappointment.

Worst taco bell I've ever had. Every member of staff on 02/22/22 around 5pm should be fired. Ordered 8 items. Every one was not edible. Paid 27 dollars for a mountain dew. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I have had some baaaaaad taco bell. And can stomach just about anything. This takes the cake. Its actually almost impressive at how bad it is. Items practically empty, rock hard chicken (probably wine sorry of health hazard) , one burrito was like a lb of refried beans and nothing else ( and it was not bean burrito) Just close your doors. Your robbing customers and don't belong in business. What a train wreck.
