The cashier that rang me up insulted me because my boyfriend thought I took long to cash out $30 for Lyft driver. He took customers in between my 2 transactions and lost my Lyft driver because it was more than 3 minutes l. Boyfriend told the cashier I had to go, and he said “take your bitch” I was offended and asked him why did you say that? He tried to fight my boyfriend outside the 711. I only got cash from the scratcher and bought a cookie and charger. The cashier continued to threaten my boyfriend outside the 711. We left back to our apartment.

Stopped at this 7-Eleven around 5:30 to get some snacks. Unfortunately, I didn't even make it inside. When I parked, I noticed the cashier was not wearing a face mask, nor were the two customers he was helping. I will no longer go to this 7-Eleven location and I advise those who value their health and well-being to avoid this location as well.

Watch out for that owner lady. She's a thief! 2 times now she has tried to short change me. I have also stood in line and watched her double charge a customer. The customer came back and demanded his money once he figures out she double charged him. I have also seen her cheat the lotto machine. I am not the only one she has done this to. She's a thief!

Went to 711 at 2am to grab some late night snacks cuz was feeling a bit hungry but when I went to open doors both were locked and didn’t see any employees inside saw what looked like a employee vehicle parked so there must have been someone on duty but anyway now I know 711 isn’t 24/7 it’s only open when the workers want it to be open

This is the WORST the WOOOOORRRSSST 711. No cash back. You can’t take your winning scratchers. No rewards accepted. (And they give youBS lies about the app not working) they never apply the same deals as most 711’s. The lady is the rustiest lady to ever work customer service, they never put fresh food in. They’ll try to sell you a slice of pizza from 10am at 11pm. It’s terrible and I really hope the 711 corporate offices see this and know that those owners are tarnishing their good name and reasons I’ve been going to 711 since I was born.

I wouldn't spend a dime in this store. They treated me and my 8 year old son like we were criminals and wouldn't allow him to use the restroom in an emergency situation. I heard one of the owners talking clear English and then when she addressed me all of a sudden she didn't know english! They also watched us outside and had an employee come look in our car! I will NEVER and I advise you NEVER to spend a penny in that store!

Don't come here unless you want belligerent homeless people to scream at and threaten your family waiting in the car while you get drinks (I speak from experience). The bus stop nearby as well as numerous other factors leaves this as one of the few Seven Elevens in the area with a constant population of beggars, panhandlers, and the mentally ill. A strew of horrible experiences leaves this as the most vilified convenience store in the area for me. I refuse to ever give them business again.
