Chili's

The service was great! Kyle was our server and he was awesome. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the baby back ribs and they were the driest, most unjuicy and unsavory ribs I've ever eaten. It was like eating, what I would imagine, shoe leather. Very disappointing and unsatisfying.

Literally everything we ordered was wrong, but that is just the beginning. Nobody’s food came out at the same time, some peoples food took an extra 40 minutes and multiple requests to the staff. The waiter was flustered and once our receipt came it’s clear that one of the reasons our food was all wrong was he had entered the wrong things on the order. There were 7 of us and only two got what they ordered, as ordered. I don’t leave negative reviews, but they left my 82 year old aunt waiting 40 minutes for her meager little meal because they entered it as a side salad and then couldn’t even manage to get it to us before everyone else finished eating.

In 10 years coming to this place have never had a good experience. That is why I don't come here often. Food presentation was good. Brisket was cold, but I couldn't complain cause the waiter never came around. Never offered a refill on my empty drink. Other food was fine. Then I couldn't leave cause the Ziosk was not working. So we had to wait until waiter decided to come around.

Awesome dining experience at this Chili's in Glendora. We received superior service from Server Gavin- despite the fact the restaurant was super busy. We got the special for 2 meals for $25.00- which even includes dessert. The food was delicious with large enough portions that we brought home about half of our food to eat later. I tried the chicken fajitas- which were so tasteful- and came with warm tortillas. For this special, there are about 8 entrees to choose from. You also get an Appetizer to share- we selected Chips, Salsa and Guacamole. We both had water- which was served in large mugs ( some restaurants give you a tiny glass for water) There is ample parking since this restaurant is located in a strip mall. One interesting observation: the layout of the restaurant seemed to limit the noise. With all the people there dining- the ambience was still relaxing
