Quick service, even though seemed short staff. Patient workers, in my opinion better then the other location by the 10 freeway. Although some of the food was overdone like the Pancake puppies. Prices are also about 13 and up for a meal now. Located right next to the 210 freeway. Usually no wait Time.

I have to give this location 5 stars now. My family & I have been coming here for 10 years and have seen this location fluctuate a lot. We used to come every week sometimes multiple times during the week. Some employees that have been here for many years have always been amazing with us, we are always so happy to see them again. Others not so much but this visit was different. Cristian or Christian, a new employee here is on top of everything. Very aware of all that is going on and made sure we had a great visit. Our waitress, which I didn’t get her name but she’s a lovely tall slim fair skin woman, she was amazing. Our food took a while to come out and my daughter got fries with her meal for the inconvenience. She was hungry but then happy. Then gave us her milkshake to go. Amazing service today. Hope this is the new vibe at this location. You can tell they’re trying to give a good experience for customers to return. Come in and try it out for yourself.

It was unusually busy today. My table wasn't cleaned when they sat me so they cleaned it quickly. My server wasn't good. Talked low and seemed like he didn't wanna be there. I came last week and had a great server. The food was a little off but they gave me something to replace it so that was fine. So it's okay. Just some things aren't good sometimes.

I love the location of the restaurant, it’s right off the freeway and it’s kind of neat to people watch from the windows. What I DON’T love is how many employees are working there that don’t know who’s responsibility each table is. I went here with my father for his birthday since it’s become tradition to get the free Grand Slam when that day arrives, and we weren’t served for about 30 minutes. On the topic of the Free Grand Slam, they don’t do that anymore by just walk in, you have to download their contrived app and wait for a coupon for a free “Triple Double Slam”, but the girl waiting on us didn’t have the audacity to tell us this until she gave us the check despite me telling her we’re there for his birthday when she finally came to us to take our drink order. Would have been a nice heads up but I digress. Employees are nice, I just wish they had a bit more direction from management or something.
